Prepare and save dynamic components

- [Scott] This week I'm going to talk about saving Dynamic Components, so that you can use them locally. So, for example, here is the vase that we developed earlier in this course. It has a user interface which you can access by opening up the Component Options window. This allows us to choose from different materials and we also built in the functionality where we can go to Tools, Interact and click on the vase to cycle through this shortlist of materials. We need to do a couple of things here if we're going to save this as a Dynamic Component that can be used in other projects. So, as it stands right now, we're in danger of losing these materials. If we were to bring this into another project and someone purged the model, we would lose those other materials that aren't being used. And that would break the functionality that's built into this component. To preserve those materials what we should do is create a few swatches.
