Model corrugated metal

- Hi I'm George Maestree, and today we're going to create corrugated metal using the sandbox tools. Now corrugated metal is a regular shape, it's kind of an undulating shape. So we're going to start off with just that shape, we're going to draw some curves to create the edge of that metal and then we'll use sandbox to actually make the metal itself. So, when I draw this I want to draw this in an orthographic view, so I'm going to actually go in to my front view and we're going to turn on parallel projection. Now I'm going to zoom in quite a bit here because my seam was at normal scale and I want to make sure that I have room to draw. Now we're going to draw these undulations using an arc. I'm going to select the two point arc, and then I'm just going to move this out and we're going to make this about four inches in the base and then about one inch in height. Now I can type in those numbers but I'm zoomed in enough so I can actually just snap so that's actually really nice. So let's…
