Finishing the rear arm body
we started work on the rear arm. to add all the little bits of detail. This one, we're going to finalize the shape of it. Okay, so we'll just check on a few things with the PDF. and what we've got to look for are some distances. as this is five mil in, it's going to be 23.5 from this line. six mil in from this line here. Okay, so these are all four-mil rounds in the previous exercise just to do this chopping out for us. So this side from this edge, it's six mil. Okay so that gives us 28.5 from the edge I'll just make a copy of it. and I'll select this bit with my Move tool. I'll make sure I'm on the endpoint of that and come down to the midpoint of this and then track along on the red axis to that point and then I can just move that up. So this is going to then give us a chop out using the intersect method. Now I'm going to explode this and then I'm going to grab all of this stuff, so we've got a Window Marquee grab. And right-click and intersect faces with selection and that's going…
