- [Instructor] It's possible to display your model with very different looks in SketchUp, and this is governed by the Style. In this model I have but a single Style, the architectural design Style that ships with the template. And this is adequate when you're modeling, but once you reach a certain milestone, when you feel like the design is at a stage where you're ready to show it to someone, it's great to come in here and play with the Styles. And this is also useful if you're presenting a concept model to a client and you don't want to give them the impression that it's all carved in stone. If you want to convey the idea that this is a work in progress, it's subject to discussion and review, then it might be helpful to present something that looks more sketchy, and we can certainly achieve that with Styles. So what I'd like to do is duplicate this existing Style. I'll right click on it and say Make a Copy. And then I'm going to edit the copy, and I can adjust any of these…
