The Denoiser feature

- [Instructor] Possibly one of the easiest render elements of all to use and one that we could just as easily have looked at in the quality control chapter, where we looked at image sampling, is the denoiser option. To demonstrate just how this tool works, we have already taken a render of our scene here, which as you can see when we zoom in a little has plenty of areas that contain quite a bit of noise. Of course the settings used to create the image are pretty low in terms of image sampling with the bucket renderer being used with min and max subdivs of one and six respectively. Now it is perhaps worth noting here that bucket rendering does make the denoise workflow a little simpler in my opinion. The good news here though, is that this one K image took only about six and a half minutes to render on this machine. With no change to the image sampling controls then, let's come to the render elements roll out. Add the denoiser element, leaving all options at default and then go ahead…
