Access dynamic components
- [Instructor] You can access pre-existing static and dynamic components from the components window. This is a floating window on the Mac platform and it's part of the default tray on Windows. You can expand that in the default tray and you'll see a similar interface here. Let's click the home symbol, if you haven't already done so, to go to a listing of the components currently in the model. You can also choose that from the menu here. And you may or may not see Stacy in your model. I have a Stacy component, because I created this file from the template and the template contained this human figure by default. Now I can drag and drop Stacy into my scene and I can orbit around and you see that she's a face me component. If I go and right-click on that and go to dynamic components, component options, you'll see that there's a description of Stacy, but there are no option to choose. And that means this is a static component. We can also tell that because the thumbnail image, over here…
