Now that you've found a suitable photograph to use as your template, let's load it into SketchBook Pro number seven. If you've not already, open SketchBook Pro with a new and clean canvas. Click on the top menu bar, File, then New, or use Cmd+N on the Mac, Ctrl+N on the PC. Make sure the Layers menu is visible. That's this right over here. And if your screen isn't quite like this one, which sometimes happens when you have a multiple monitor setup, click on the top menu bar, Window, then, Default Layout. In the Layers menu, you have a default background and default layer number one. It's important to note that any time you import an image, SketchBook Pro will import it into a new topmost layer, not into your currently selected layer. Click on the Import Image icon and select the image named 02_01_city.jpg.
