Glow and Soft Glow

In this video, we're going to take a look at the Glow and Soft Glow blend modes in Sketchbook Pro. So these are two brand new modes in the new release. And we're going to take a look at how they function and what there end result is. So I'll open up my layer editor, and I'm going to add a layer on top of the Zonder. And what we're going to do here is this is going to be our background layer. So before I start I want to just go through the explanation of Glow and Soft Glow. Because this is brand new I'm just going to read right off the actual documentation. And the definition for Glow is it basically defines the brightness of a glow. Like the effect of a star in the night sky. The higher the setting the brighter the glow. And Soft Glow softens or blurs this color and intensity of glow, like the effect emanating from a translucent object so you can make for example a lamp or a light bulb from this.
