Correcting a dark image

In this video, I'm going to show you how to correct an underexposed image. So, this is an image that I did a while back in Maya. I rendered the scene out and the overall image turned out a little bit darker than I intended. We can correct this in SketchBook Pro using some of the blend modes. So let's open up our layer and let's see what we have right now. So you'll notice that everything is on one layer. So, very simply, let's just add our blend layer on top. I'm going to hide this layer. And I'm going to go to Flood Fill. And I'm going to flood fill just a mid gray right the way through that. That's a good starting point. Let's open up our Layer one. So we don't see anything, because we haven't applied a blend mode. So let's go straight to one of our blend modes, let's try lightening. Now remember, you can change the opacity. And you can also go back in and erase some portion of this if you want to. For example, like that. But right now, we're just going to go through all the blend…
