This video discusses the suggested prerequisites for the course including having Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Sketch. This course is designed for people who interact with developers and who are looking to learn more about how to integrate design workflow for handoff with developers.
- [Instructor] Before you get started with this course, it's good to have intermediate experience with Sketch. I'll quickly follow that up with intermediate knowledge is not required to grasp an understanding of the concepts I'll be walking through. Much of the content in these chapters is designed for those looking to better integrate their design workflow for hand-off with frontend developers and is applicable knowledge for beginner, intermediate and advanced users. Another thing to keep in mind, more on the technical side of things, is the version of Sketch you are using. This can affect compatibility with the plugins we will be installing.
To side-step potential install issues, always make sure that the plugins support the latest running version of Sketch on your computer. This is why you'll see me using Sketch three instead of Sketch four beta.
