Sketch makes it super easy to export more than one item at a time. Whether you're exporting full mockups or individual icons, it's good to know how to do this. In this video, Renata shows you how.
- [Instructor] As mentioned earlier in the course,…multiple export is pretty simple.…Before we export our icons,…let's go ahead and remove the extra no go zones.…So select each one of those layers with our shift key,…and hit delete.…You'll also want to, before you export,…go ahead and make sure that your artboards…are always named correctly,…because Sketch will go ahead and keep…the name of the artboard as you export.…We'll go ahead and keep those names.…
So let's go ahead and start our export,…and we're going to hold down the shift key,…select the bear icon artboard,…then the bridge icon export,…and then click make exportable.…And now again, Sketch has kept all those preferences…that we've had from the previous times…we've been working here in Sketch.…And so we can go ahead and keep all this,…or if we're not doing a mobile app,…say we're just doing a webpage,…we may want to do the 2X at a jpeg,…so let's remove all the others.…
This shows us what we will have if we do a jpeg at the 2X,…so now the export preview is showing us what we'll have.…
