Menus

- [Instructor] Menus are commands that are accessible to the user when they need them. They can be in the form of a menu bar at the top of an application, or in the form of a context menu on right click. Menus for web and software applications can be in the form of menu bars and context menus. Menu bars are usually at the top of the application and act as a navigation for commands and controls. They reflect the information architecture of the application. Important considerations when designing menus is how the actions are organized and selecting the right language to describe the action or tool. Menus use succinct language to describe the action or tool and line separators are used to distinguish between different groupings of information.
