(bright music) - You might think the hardest part of research is planning it or maybe collecting the data, maybe it's figuring what all that data actually tells you. But even when you've pulled insight from your research, you have one more really important step, you've got to share. But don't slip back into traditional researcher mode now and write a novel about your findings. No one really reads super long research reports anyway. (video scratches) Keep your sharing and reporting simple. My favorite way to share is to schedule a debrief meeting at the end of the sessions. (air whooshing) Invite team members and stakeholders to quick discuss what you saw, what you know you need to do, and what you might need to spend a little more time figuring out. Then, write up a quick summary for anyone who couldn't be there. Here's my formula for a guerrilla research report. You ready?
