First time experience

- [Instructor] A first-time experience introduces users to basics on how to use product features. The experience should be easy enough to use without a lot of work. However, there might be some key activities that the user should be aware of to get started with the product. First use experiences ramp up the learning curve. So, beginning users can become skilled in using the product efficiently and find immediate value. When designing a first-time user experience, you'll want to define the type of experience you're supporting. Some common approaches are onboarding for new product experience, ongoing learning, and persistent help. Onboarding introduces the user to the products most meaningful features and can encompass a series of different patterns and approaches.
