One of the most common file formats for collaboration is PDF. Sketch gives you a very quick way to export your Artboards to PDF. Once you have created your PDF, you're next step is to share it with your clients and colleagues. PDF files have the ability to store commenting information within the file itself. There are a variety of tools, for both Mac and Windows, that allow you to add comments to specific pages and elements within the PDF file.
