- What is it that millennials want from a user experience? Avocado toast, of course. But what else helps to engage this audience born between 1983 and 1994? Today, we'll talk about three things you should do if you're building an experience or a marketing strategy for millennials. First up, it has to be fast and convenient. Millennials have no tolerance for things that are slow. With just about every brand tugging at their attention, there's no chance that they will stick around for an experience that doesn't load quickly. That means that your content should be written in a way that's conversational, short, snackable, scannable, and shareable. Use bullet points, headings, and make it easy for them to share the content on multiple platforms, because they will.
