- [Instructor] The repeat text style is a very important but often overlooked textile in Sibelius. The repeat text style allows you to type in words, symbols, and score directions to create a playback map of your score. The goal of this lesson is to learn how and when to use the repeat text style so that it not only looks correct on the page, but it also creates a seamless and correct playback of your score. If you're using the chorus example file, if you zoom out, you'll see a highlighted area at bar 16, at bar 32, and at bar 33. The file is missing a DC al coda at the end of bar 32 over here, it's missing a to coda indication at the end of bar 16, here, and a coda over here at bar 33. So let's go ahead and add those in using the repeat text style. The first detour that the playback needs to take in our example file is at the end of bar 32.
