Using the Fretboard panel
- [Narrator] Similar to the Keyboard panel, the Fretboard panel is a virtual guitar or bass guitar fretboard that you can open on your screen as a tool for note input or as a teaching tool. To find the Fretboard panel, you can of course go to the View tab, Panels group, and choose Fretboard. Or you can use the shortcut Control + Alt + E on Windows, or Command + Option + E on Mac. And by the way the letter E is often associated with guitar shortcuts in Sibelius and the easiest way to remember that is by thinking about E for electric guitar. The Fretboard panel's interface is very similar to the Keyboard panel. It's docked to the main Score window by default and you can grab its title bar and drag it out of there if you'd like to.
