Noteheads and rhythm slashes

- [Instructor] Noteheads in Sibelius can come in many different shapes and sizes. Think about drum and percussion notation for example. You'll often see noteheads shaped like X's, circles, diamonds, slashes, and more. In lead sheets, you'll often see stemless rhythmic slashes on every beat in a bar, and many people don't realize that those slashes are actually types of noteheads in Sibelius. Some noteheads will play back in Sibelius, while others, like the rhythmic slashes for obvious reasons, will not play back. Some noteheads will have stems. Some will not. Sibelius has a wide variety of noteheads for you to choose from, and inputting them is very simple. If you want to change the notehead of an existing note or selected group of notes, all you have to do is select it to affect it. So, I'm going to select this group of notes here.
