- [Narrator] To begin this lesson, close any open scores so that you arrive at the Sibelius quick start. We're going to start a new score, so from the new score tab, and from the no category section bar, click once on the blank manuscript paper to get to the new score setup window. Our goal about halfway through this course is to be able to create a lead sheet. To create a proper lead sheet you need to use a single Treble clef staff with no instrument name or association assigned to it. To add an unnamed Treble staff to your score, from the new score setup window, click the change instruments button. Find and expand the others family of instruments down here at the bottom. Double click on the unnamed Treble staff to add it to your score. Click Okay to exit the add or remove instruments window.
