(upbeat techno music) - [Instructor] This is a short score creation and note input exercise designed to give you the chance to practice the features discussed up till this point in the course. Your challenge is to recreate the provided piece of music in Sibelius. You'll start by creating a new score from scratch, and then you'll input all of the rhythms, pitches, rests, accidentals, and articulations. Here are some hints for this challenge. You'll be referencing the PDF file. You'll be creating a new blank manuscript score with one flute part in it. You'll need 27 bars, and you'll probably need to put in some system breaks in order to make your onscreen Sibelius manuscript layout match the PDF printout. You'll need to add a title, metronome mark, and your name as the composer. You'll need the proper key signature and time signature entered at the start of the piece.
