Wide-angle shootout

- Hi, my name's Rich Harrington. - And I'm Robbie Carman. - And we are out at Flight Trampoline Park here in Virginia, and we're going to continue our look at wide angle lenses. Now, make sure you check out the first episode, you'll get a good overview of some of our favorite lenses, but this week, there's even more. We've got a lot of different brands here, including some, maybe you've never even tried. - Yeah, and that's the kind of important thing. When it comes to wide angle lenses, because there's such a unique perspective, you're going to want to experiment a lot, and especially on the really extreme side of a wide angle lens, when you get into fish-eye, and on-purpose geometric distortion, it can be really fun to experiment to get the unique perspectives, but also get funky looking shots. - Yeah, so we've got a lot of things to explore this week. Rob and I are actually holding two rokinon lenses, which are two very different lenses from the same manufacturer, so this is going to give you an idea just how much variety's out there. So, we're going to shoot with these lenses for a bit, and then head back into the studio where we'll evaluate the exact technical specs of each lens, as well as take a good hard look at the footage. Let's get shooting, and then we'll show the results.
