What are camera rails?
Hi. My name's Rich Harrington. >> And I'm Robert Carman. >> And welcome to this episode of Video Gear Weekly. Now, Rob, I'm finding myself on the road a lot. >> Yeah. >> And one of the things I've been trying to do is travel with fewer tripods because they're just so bulky, and I'm frequently traveling internationally. >> Mm-hm. >> So, I needed to really get the size of my kit down. >> But, yeah, you maybe reduced the number of tripods, but it looks like you've upped the number of cameras that you travel with. >> Maybe. >> LAUGH. >> Well, the GoPros are small. >> Sure. >> Easily portable. I love the pocket cinema cameras. That fact that I can have, you know, different focal lengths. Mm-hm. I still probably travel with a DSLR sometimes for shooting stills or for other time-lapse.
