What is the Lume Cube?
- Hey there, I'm Robbie Carman. - And I'm Rich Harrington. - And welcome back to another episode of Video Gear Weekly. Rich, you know, we're always on the lookout for cool products but especially so when it comes to lighting. It seems to me that lighting products have a new, cool gadget come out, you know, every other week. - Yeah, and this week, we're gonna be taking a look at a pretty cool product, the Lume Cube, which I actually started tracking on Kickstarter. I met the guys behind the project. It seemed cool. It's now just starting to ship. We got our hands on one of the first ones. And the innovations were seeing are bright, portable lights, things like being able to run off of a battery, being able to be remotely controlled, and this little light does all of that, but it is actually designed for folks who shoot on smartphones or on a GoPro. At the same time, it could be used professionally. So we're gonna show you how you can use one of these lights or a bunch of these lights and do some pretty cool things.
