Using the eMotimo TB3 to control your camera
- So, Rich, we've built the rail, we've got the motor on, we're ready to go, except now we have this sort of robot-looking device. - Yep, it's totally a robot. - What is this? - It's the eMotimo TB3. It even has a robot name, you're right. - Yeah, it does really have a robot name. - And this is a controller, now we're going to explore this unit a little bit later for things like tabletop shooting, and you can mount this right on a tripod if you want. This makes it easy to do pan and tilt from a tripod, but when we connect it to the slider, it actually works together as a three-axis system. Now this is just one that's on the market. There are great other systems out there, Dynamic Perception, Kessler. We have a title available on lynda.com where we take a look at other options out there for putting cameras in motion for time lapse.
