Using a dolly
- Hi, my name's Rich Harrington. - And I'm Robbie Carman. - And this week on Video Gear Weekly, we're gonna talk about puttin' the camera in motion. Now, I don't mean just moving the camera. I mean smoothly moving the camera, which is an art form. I mean anybody can walk with the camera. - [Robbie] Yeah, no. I mean, what we're really talking about is sort of dolly moves, right? In moving the camera that way and, there's a whole lot of levels to dolly moves. Ya know, from simply putting, ya know, a camera on a desk chair and wheeling it down the hallway to, ya know, small units like these ones that we have on the table to more professional units with dolly track or PVC piping and things of that nature.
