Rokinon 7.5mm lens

- All right, we're taking a look at another Rokinon lens. This one is particularly considered a fish-eye. So earlier we showed you a 14 mil, a 16 mil. Remember it depends on the mounting system. A lot of you are shooting Micro 4/3 'cause the GH4s, OMDs, pocket cameras, things like that. In this case, this is the widest one I have in my kit. It is, what, 7 1/2? - Yeah, this is a 7 1/2 mil lens, and you can see that it's, if I take the back cap off there, this is a tiny, tiny lens. Now Rokinon, or Samyang, or some of the other brands that it's marketed under have gained a lot of popularity in the past couple years. When it comes to cropped image sensors like Micro 4/3, it can be difficult to go wide. This is an extremely wide lens at 7.5 mil and it's designed to be a fish-eye. So the distortion that you see in this lens, Rich, is on purpose. - Yeah, and let's take a look at some of that distortion. I mean, the thing is is that at F3.5 it was a little bit dark.
