- Hi, my name's Rich Harrington. - And I'm Robbie Carman. - And this week on Video Gear Weekly, we're gonna talk about a very real-world problem and something you can do about it. Now, the problem is that you accidentally erase a memory card or you try to plug a drive in and it's not formatted correctly, and maybe you re-formatted it. Or you try to transfer something and it takes forever. I see people make bad decisions all the time when it comes to working with video files, 'cause they're so big, you start rushing, you make bad choices, you get sloppy. - Well, of course Rich, there's sort of the front of this that we're not going to cover this week, and that is good backup and archiving routines and that kind of stuff, so hopefully if the situation ever happens to you where you can't get something off a drive or you need to recover data, you already have it somewhere else so that's not a big deal, but there's always gonna be times where you're gonna have a drive or a memory card or…
