Introduction to shooting discreetly
- Whether you're a student or a pro, every now and then there may come a project or shooting situation where it may be necessary or just in the project's best interest to shoot video with a little more discretion. In other words, you want to keep a low profile, because maybe your personal safety could be jeopardized by the nature of your project, you're doing an investigative documentary, or perhaps you're just shooting in a rough area. Now I'm not suggesting that you shoot without permits per se, but there are plenty of times when it may be legitimately advisable to be as low key as possible when shooting certain types of projects or scenes. Whatever your personal reason, the bottom line is that you need to shoot some video and keep things as low profile as possible. No worries, your man Ant's got your back. On this episode of "Pro Video Tips," I'm going to share with you my best advice for how to shoot video and keep it on the down low. Check it out.
