Improving the quality of greenscreen shots
- Hi, my name's Rich Harrington. - I'm Robbie Carman. - Welcome to this week's episode of Video Gear Weekly. We've been talking about all sorts of things you could do to improve the quality of your green screen shoots. One of the first things that we're going to look at today is the fact that changing your production method could lead to easier post-production. - There's a lot of things you can do on set in terms of lighting and the quality of your green screen, but the formats, including the color space and the bit depth, and the Codex that you record in have a dramatic effect of your ability in post-production to be able to pull a good key. - We'll take a look at the footage we've captured under different shooting conditions, so you can see what this benefit really is when it comes to compression.
