Female 1: Okay. Let's talk about getting the results you want and need. One of the first things that I like to do if I have the time, which I realize is not always, is I like to write a dream script. So I actually map out the kinds of sound bites that I would like to get out of people, especially if I'm doing multiple interviews in a project. And I literally write it out, string it out, bullet it, whatever I need to do to kind of see what the flow will be. That usually helps me craft my interview questions, and also be sure I'm getting multiple layers of coverage. Because I think I'm going to get this bite from person A, but maybe I could also get it from person B. Just in case one of them isn't as good as the other. One of the other things I like to do is then build in the sound bites into the script, if I have a narration, and put some bullet points for the ideal bytes. If I have to share it with somebody's boss or my client, then I want to be sure that I put in quotation marks…
