The Garmin Vibe Elite
- Hey there I'm Robert Carman. - And I'm Rich Harrington. - And welcome back to another installment of Video Gear Weekly and Rich this week we're taking our first look at a newish camera that is sort of an action camera if you will. This one is made by Garmin. This is the Garmin VIRB Elite. V - I - R - B. - Yeah it's an interesting camera and they actually have just a regular VIRB that's not Elite and that one leaves out some of the features that you might think of Garmin for like GPS. - I mean that's what I think of Garmin. I don't think of Garmin as a camera company. I think of them as GPS. I mean I have a Garmin GPS that I play golf with. I used to have a Garmin GPS in my car, so I don't necessarily think of them as action cameras. And this is kind of a unique thing that's happening in the world of action cameras. You know GoPro obviously has that market widely cornered. - Everybody thinks about but there are plenty of other options out there for action cameras and compact cameras…
