Flying with a Two-Person Team - Spotter
- Okay Francis, we're almost ready to get the quadcopter in the air, and what I'm going to do is serve as your spotter, to help you kind of guide the copter around. Help you do camera moves and you're going to kinda to this all self-contained. Now, when you're acting as a spotter, it's really important that you give clear, concise direction to your pilot who's also, in this case, gonna be running the camera. So, Francis, let's go ahead and start the copter up and get it in the air. (blades whirring) So, the first thing I like to do when spotting with my pilot is I like to give them clear and concise directional information. So, Francis, let's raise our altitude. Let's go up. (blades whirring) And Francis went up. Okay Francis, let's head to the left. (blades whirring) That's good. Let's head back to the right, but let's go a little slower back to the right.
