- Rob another option, is a quadcopter. Now we were in a place that had some high ceilings. The challenge though was, not a lot of great GPS reception but fortunately there was not much overhead there was just a steel roof, so the GPS on these units helps keep the units stable. So, if you can get a GPS signal indoors the camera can do a better job of hovering in place which was important for some of these shots. If it can't, you've got to manually do it which is trickier. - Now because I'm Safety Sal here I am also going to mention that flying a quadcopter indoors requires some common sense. - And skill. - And some skill, you don't want to do this with a lot of people around, especially if you're a new pilot. Yes, these are made of plastic and you know, they're not moving all that fast but if you get a rotor on the side of the face it's gonna sting, it's gonna hurt.
