Evaluating the footage
- We put a different GoPro up in the air, and in this episode you saw all about flying with the newer DJI quadcopter, but using the remote control gimbal and a traditional GoPro. I think that some of the flexibility here of the GoPro really came out kind of nice. It looks to me like you weren't on as wide of an angle here when shooting. Were you using a medium field of view? - Yeah, you know, I can't recall to be honest with you because we did so much shooting, but I think it is a little less severe distortion in the image which was nice. The other thing I noticed about it is that just in general the GoPro seems to have a little higher fidelity on first glance of it. We have a little bit of a flatter-looking image here which is gonna be nice for color correction, and stuff like that. The thing I did notice about the position on the gimbal on the DJI Phantom, you'll notice as I play here, we do from time to time depending on the orientation and the tilt as you just saw there - Yeah. -…
