- Rob, I think you'd agree with me that all Micro Four-Thirds cameras have a couple of general drawbacks due to the size of the sensor. - Yeah, I mean the thing about Micro Four-Thirds is that you're going to have a crop factor on lenses that you put onto the body. Now, this might not seem like a big deal, but if you're a DP or a photographer that is used to sort of instinctually knowing what kind of a given focal length is going to be and the depth of field provided by that focal length, you're going to have to do some math here. Now, I got to point out something that's really interesting to me. People always say, "A Micro Four-Thirds camera, "a Micro Four-Thirds camera, a Micro Four-Thirds camera." Now generally speaking, there is a Micro Four-Thirds sensor size, but you'll find when you go from Micro Four-Thirds camera to Micro Four-Thirds camera, the sensor size is just a little bit different.
