- Jim you mentioned the type of light that can go right on the camera, these lights are all really designed for that, they have a hot shoe. And so if you have the accessory port or the hot shoe, which his often really common on cameras, you can attach that, now what's some of the benefits as well as drawbacks of having the light right over the lens? - Well, the benefit is as I said before if you're working alone and you're moving around a lot or moving quickly, there really isn't an option to set something on a stand and have it be in just the right place for very long.
