Rich: Amy, one of the things that I like to make sure I've done before an interview is proper background research. I think it really comes down to knowing your subject. And, when it comes to knowing your subject, there are lots of things you could do to get familiar with that subject. It's really going to be important that you feel like you've already met this person. And, you know what they're thinking, what's on their mind. So, I think it's important that you're familiar with any views that they have about the issue you're talking about. And there are a lot of ways to do this, right? Amy: You can do background research for looking for blog posts or articles that've been written about them. Previous interviews they've done is a really big tip off.
