- [Instructor] Here's something you should keep in mind when you're making plans for a content management system. Who is going to be responsible for making all this stuff work? Setting up and maintaining a CMS is not a trivial task. And unless your operations are small, it's probably not a one-person job. There are some specific duties that are part of keeping the wheels turning. To start with, you will have editorial staff, the ones who are responsible for adding and creating content. This will also include anyone who is in charge of approving content and whoever it is who actually publishes the content as well. These will also probably be the people in charge of providing information and assistance to the general users, at least in part. So, support is another role they play. In a large organization, you may need dedicated resources just for support. And finally, this group will have some responsibilities…
