- [Instructor] To formalize an approval process with content approval in Power Automate, you can click the flow button and configure flows. To use content approval with Power Automate, you'll want to make sure that you have the approvals option set to on and the mode set to content approval. Click save to apply. When you enable content approval, you get an approval status column automatically added for you. This is what will determine if the content shows for all users or not. When it's approved, everyone that has read access to the library will see this document. But when it's pending or rejected, only the user that added the document or designated approvers will see it. To create a flow in Power Automate which automates this content approval process, you can click the flow button and create a flow directly from your SharePoint library.
