- [Instructor] When it comes to automating business processes there are several common workflow scenarios that you'll see repeat time and time again. Getting approval for documents or receiving notifications when an item is added are just a few. The list of these common business process scenarios can go on and on. With Classic SharePoint you might've used some of the out of the box workflows that were offered, like the approval or collect feedback workflows. These were workflow templates which were prebuilt so you could just fill out the required information and have a finished workflow with a few clicks. For anything more complex than that though, you had to build your own custom workflows in SharePoint designer. Power Automate offers a rich repository of prebuilt workflow templates to choose from. To access, go to the Power Automate home page, and select the templates tab. These templates are organized into buckets.…
