- [Narrator] We're going to take a look now at maybe the most popular kind of list in team collaboration sites and meeting workspaces and that's the task list. Now we've seen the task list show up on many of our different kinds of sites and site templates, thrown in there by default. There's a couple of task list templates at your disposal in SharePoint. One for a general type of task list and the other more focused on projects, and we're going to take a look at both of those right now. Here in my training site, you can see down the left hand side of my quick launch area under lists I do have one labeled Tasks. It was created there by default when I created this team collaboration site, but we can create our own as well. I'm going to give it a click right now and just talk to you about the different columns that you see in a task list. You can see we've got the title area, who the task is assigned to, the status of the task, the priority, we also have due dates, and percent complete…
