- [Mark] Hello, I'm Mark Abdelnour, and welcome to SharePoint Online: Managing Documents. As you can probably guess from the title of this course, this course is focused on those individuals who will be working primarily in document libraries performing those typical documentation management-type activities. Here's how I go about doing exactly that. First, I want to provide everyone with an overview of what is SharePoint Online and how does it fit into the whole Office 365 suite of applications.
Then we'll look at how to access and navigate within SharePoint Online. Then we'll dive a little deeper into managing documents and focus in on working with those views, those custom visual representations of your SharePoint documents that you'll be able to create for yourself as well as the larger group if required. To close off this title, we then tap into SharePoint's time-saving functionality. If you're ready, I'm ready.
