Learn how to combine the power of Excel's Power Pivot and Power View tools with SharePoint 2013, to view, analyze, and manipulate large amounts of data.
- [Voiceover] Hi, I'm Neicole Crepeau, and welcome to Excel PowerPivot and SharePoint 2013. In this course, I'll show you how to create workbooks and valuable dashboards that you and your team can use to answer questions with big data. We'll be doing this using PowerPivot and Power View in Excel, and publishing via SharePoint 2013. I'll cover how to connect to large data sets in Excel, and make sure your data stays updated. I'll show you how to view and create relationships between data sets in Excel, and we'll look at how you can use Power View to visualize information.
After working in Excel to create meaningful tables and graphs, I'll cover how to create a Business Intelligence Center in SharePoint 2013, and how to prepare the workbook for sharing with others. Then I'll explain how to upload your workbook, and specific parts of it to create a dashboard that can used by you and others on your team to view and work with big data.
