- One of the great things about using…Microsoft SharePoint and the built-in list is that…many of them also have built-in views.…The Tasks list, for example, has many…built-in views that will allow you…to work with your project.…So I've assigned some tasks here…in the Market Research Template to various people…so that you can take a look at the views that are available.…If I choose "Views" I have the choice of "All Tasks",…which is the default, I can also view the tasks…in a Calendar, which we saw earlier,…here's our July start.…
I can choose to view the tasks…in a Gantt Chart,…and that's what this looks like.…Pretty spectacular.…Can use the scroll bars to work it.…Can go back to "All Tasks" if we wish,…but we have some specific views…that are great for management.…For example, if I want to see all of the tasks…that have been completed, I can choose "Completed."…I can also choose all of the tasks…that are overdue, running late.…
At this point we don't have any…because the project hasn't really yet started,…but any tasks that should've been completed…
