Scroll all the way down, click OK.…And now you see how you have these…records here with no expiration date.…Let me look at the All Documents again so you can see.…All Documents have an expiration date,…On hold, no expiration date.…SharePoint clears out the expiration date field…when a record is placed on hold.…This makes it easy to create a custom view…to quickly see which records are currently on hold.…
