- [Instructor] As soon as you join Yammer, you are a member of at least one group, and that's the All Company group, the container that holds everyone in your Yammer network. If I were looking at my home feed, it might seem like I'm in the All Company group. If I post there, it posts to All Company, but I'm really not. When I'm in the All Company group, I'm seeing new conversations and all conversations that are specific to All Company. I can tell I'm here because of the broad banner at the top that says All Company and has the description. I can also know that I'm in All Company because, on the left hand side, the All Company group is highlighted. If I wanted to find a group, I can look for it. There are a couple of different ways to search. I can search here in the global search area and it may return some groups. Remember that it's looking for exactly what you're typing, so it's finding the word Resources here, but it's not finding the human resources group. I think that's…
