- [Instructor] The file viewer web part can be used to insert and view a file on your page. You can view all kinds of files, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, even 3D models and more. Let's add a PowerPoint file that shows all of our different room types on the Rooms and Rates page. First we're going to put the page in edit mode. And I'd kinda like to see the preview of the rooms, as well as the rates kind of in the same space, so let's change the format here of this section. And we'll make this two columns. On the right-hand side, let's place our PowerPoint file. So let's click the plus sign and select the file viewer option. A list of our recent documents appears, and we have this PowerPoint presentation of Landon Miami Rooms. And then click Open. Depending on what type of file you choose, you may have different options available to you on the right-hand side. In this case, we just have the option to determine what slide we would like to start on. And that looks fine to me, so…
