- [Instructor] For anything but the smallest transformation project, the odds are good that you're going to be working with a group of people who will be affected in one way or another. But, who are these people exactly? What are the jobs that they do? How, in very specific terms, will they be affected by the transformation work? Will they be participants or does the program somehow change the work that they're doing? These are extremely important questions to be asking, and once again, the right time for you to be asking them is during the planning phase of your program. My recommendation is that you spend some quality time in understanding the personnel involved and developing at least rough personas for each distinct audience.
