Syncing a task list to Outlook

- [Instructor] Did you know that you could decentralize your to-do list in Outlook, your to-do list in Outlook even if those tasks lived in SharePoint? To synchronize a task list to Outlook, first click the List tab. In the Connect & Export group, select Connect to Outlook. Confirm any pop-up messages that might appear. The task list now appears in the Folder pane in Outlook with the name of the site included so you can see the source of the list.
